If you have ever had a “stuck” FE crank spacer you know that they can cause a bunch of cussing, knuckle busting and sometimes damage to a perfectly good crankshaft. This is what worked for me.... You don’t have to crank down on the hose clamp that hard - just be sure that you don’t gouge the surface of the spacer
